Nuurax is a solo-founded software company building purposeful apps. Our current product is Amal, a Bengali-language Islamic daily practice app. By using any Nuurax product, you agree to these terms.

By downloading or using any Nuurax app, you agree to use it only for its intended purpose — your personal benefit — and not to misuse it in any way that harms other users or Nuurax.

You may not: reverse-engineer our apps, use them for commercial purposes without permission, attempt to extract user data, or violate any applicable law.

All Nuurax apps, designs, copy, and brand assets are owned by Nuurax. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without our written permission. Islamic texts (Quran, hadith) are in the public domain; our implementations of them are original.

Amal offers a free tier and optional premium features. Payments are processed by Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled per Google Play's policy.

Nuurax apps are provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use — including spiritual, personal, or productivity outcomes. Use your own judgment.

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
